The proposed site is located at the junction connecting Jalan Thamby Abdullah, Jalan Tun Sambanthan and Jalan Rakyat. The site is surrounded by shophouses with authentic art deco styles. It is located at a strategic location within walking distance of office towers and public transport stations.
