The proposed site is at Restaurant D Brother, Jalan Hulu Langat, Pekan Batu 14 Hulu Langat, 43100 Kampung Batu 14, Hulu Langat, Selangor. Hulu Langat is an old town located in the Kajang Mukim of the Hulu Langat district. The site is under the governance of the majlis Perbandaran Kajang or MPJK for short.
